Charlie’s waterfront experience started as a pup. His first 3 years were spent on the water crewing aboard the yacht Esquire II. As second mate Charlie was put in charge of inspecting the finest yacht harbors, and beautiful waterfront along the Eastern coast of the United States and the Bahamas. While Charlie cruised the Abacas Islands in the Bahamas, he became an avid fishing dog and still fishes on a daily basis. While settling down on the St. John’s River in Green Cove Springs, Charlie has explored and knows where the most valuable waterfront properties are located on the St. John’s River in the Jacksonville area. Charlie favors the west side of the river because of the breezes. Napping under majestic oaks in the afternoon shade is truly what waterfront living is all about

Tony Oteri, a native of Memphis, TN, has a passion for boating and waterfront lifestyle. Always with an entrepreneurial sprit, Tony was involved in early Memphis music scene and later in the satellite communications business. In his search for that special place, Tony and his wife, Susanne, discovered Green Cove Springs and the St. Johns River. After becoming a full-time resident of Green Cove, Tony became a active in the real estate business specializing in waterfront property.
